Michael Greene
Michael Greene has over 20 years experience in complex corporate real estate matters, having been an associate and then partner in the Real Estate and Finance Groups at Bingham McCutchen before founding a boutique real estate and land use firm, Diablo Real Estate Group, P.C., in 2007. Mr. Greene served as outside contract counsel for the State of California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPers) for many years, and has also represented (or currently represents) clients such as Stanford University, DivcoWest, Catellus/ProLogis, The Pacific-10 Conference, USAA Real Estate Company, Catholic Healthcare West, the San Francisco Giants, Chiron Corporation, Hyundai Electronics, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Shea Properties, Centex Homes, and The Morongo Band of Mission Indians. Mr. Greene specializes in the formation and operation of acquisition and development vehicles, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, complex land use entitlement projects, finance, loan workouts, and leasing, representing developers, institutional investors and other companies with significant real estate holdings in a broad range of sophisticated projects.
