Erica Starkey
Erica has over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, management consulting, family business consulting, and family office management. Erica is the broker/owner of JSCA Real Estate group, a residential real estate brokerage located in Northern California, and fourth generation entrepreneur. Previously she managed a $30 million dollar privately held real estate portfolio, in addition to overseeing the concept development and viability evaluation of a 1.3 million sq. ft. big box retail development project. In addition, Erica was an analyst with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where she oversaw the implementation of a new billing system for Qwest Telecom.
