Craig Lazzareschi
Craig Lazzareschi has over 30 years of commercial real estate acquisition, entity structure, development and management experience. He is the President, 1982-present, of Greater Bay Development Corporation, specializing in the development, investment, financing, construction, lease-up, and management of office, retail, and commercial real estate in Walnut Creek, CA and local communities. Mr. Lazzareschi was a Founding Director of the NASDAQ-traded Bank of Walnut Creek, 1980-2006, where he served on the Bank’s loan and audit committees. Bank of Walnut Creek was sold to First Republic Bank in 2006 (and First Republic was subsequently acquired by Merrill Lynch in 2007). Mr. Lazzareschi is also an attorney at law, 1973-2005 (active), 2005 – present (inactive).
